FIND CONTACTS WITHOUT ACTIVITIES
How often have you forgotten to touch base with a customer or prospect? This utility will create a lookup of contacts that do not have any activities scheduled.
Close ACT. Save the file to your hard drive. Unzip the file and save it in C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Plugins
Open ACT. You should see a new menu at the top called Admin Tools
Create a lookup. Then click on the menu Admin Tools - Get Contacts without Activities. The lookup will narrow down to the ones without activities.
