On-Site training in groups or one on one
All training is conducted at your site and preferably all hands on. Groups of 1 to 4 work best but larger groups can be accommodated if conference room facilities are available. Before a training class is developed I will review a list of training topics and structure a class with the features of ACT that are most important for your company.

Custom reports, layouts and templates

Database Customization
Many times you need data to be maintained but the basic database provided with ACT is not enough. Customizing the database allows for adding additional fields of data to make ACT work best for you. After the database is customized the screen layout and reports must also be customized to include the new fields.

Conversion of existing customer data
If you have data in another program we can almost always move it into ACT without having to reenter the information.

Synchronization for Remote Users
The feature of ACT allows a master database to be updated via e-mail by remote users. This is particularly helpful if you have remote sales reps in the field and need to have their contacts and scheduled activities in a master database at the company.

With many third party add-on products Palm Pilots, Label Printers, Quoting Software, etc.
