QuoteWerks can be run all by itself, or integrated with ACT! and QuickBooks. Now you can create quotes outside of your accounting program and when the quote becomes an order, transfer it to QuickBooks for processing and transfer it to ACT as a sales opportunity and follow-up call.
Don’t clutter QuickBooks with items you didn’t sell
In QuickBooks before you can quote an item to a customer you have to create that item and customer in QuickBooks. If the quote/estimate does not become and order, this item and the prospect stays in QuickBooks cluttering your lists.
In QuoteWerks, you do not have to create an item before you quote it. Additionally, when the quote becomes an order, QuoteWerks will create the item in QuickBooks for you using the description, part numbers, costs, and prices used in the order.
Break the barrier on users accessing and creating quotes
Quickbooks has limits on the number of users that can be in the file at one time. QuickBooks Pro 5 user maximum, QuickBooks Enterprise 20 user maximum. QuoteWerks has unlimited users.
Stop using Excel or Word to create your quotes
Using QuoteWerks, all the quotes are stored in a central database and are searchable. You cannot do this when your sales staff is saving their quotes all over the network or on their computers.
