This is one of my favorite add-on products. It allows you to do all
your emailing out of Outlook, but will automatically attach the outgoing emails
to the ACT! history record by clicking on a single button. Any received
or replying to email can also be easily attached. Upon clicking the
proper button, the program will search the currently open ACT! database
for a matching email address and when it finds it, shows you a popup
that the email was successfully attached. Any user that corresponds heavily via email
will love this software.
Swift Page Email
Swiftpage is a full service, hosted email marketing solution that is fully integrated into ACT! by Sage.
Beautiful HTML templates can easily be updated to get out those
monthly newsletters to your clients and prospects. When the template
is ready, simply do a lookup in ACT and send the email blast right
out of ACT. History will be automatically logged into each
contact record. The contact gets a single email and does not simply
get on a CC list like in Outlook.
Emails are sent out through the Swiftpage server, not your ISP and
you can send opt-in emails to thousands at a time. Each email is trackable whether the recipient opened it or not. Even links that
they clicked on are tracked.

Sophicated quoting software. This product can be used alone or
integrated with ACT and Quickbooks. When integrated with ACT, the quote
is automatically linked to the documents tab. The user is prompted to
add a follow up activity and a sales opportunity. No longer will you
